Privacy policy

Information you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number if you choose to share it, and anything you write in our contact or project brief forms.

Booking and order details: the service, date and time you choose, the amount, the payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.

Card and KNET details are entered directly with UPayments or your bank. We receive only the payment status and a reference, never your full card number or PIN.

Basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and analytics data only if you agree to it.

We use your information to reply to enquiries and project briefs, confirm and manage bookings, send receipts, and deliver the services you buy.

We also use it to keep our website secure, understand how it is used so we can improve it, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not send you marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

We process your information because you asked us to, for example to answer an enquiry or complete a booking; because we need it to deliver a service you bought; because the law requires it, such as keeping financial records; or because you gave your consent, such as for analytics cookies.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We share information only with providers that help us run our services, and only what they need: UPayments and the banks and card networks that process your payment; our email provider, to send confirmations and replies; and Google Cloud and Firebase, which host our website and data.

These providers process information on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information where Kuwaiti law or a competent authority requires it.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Some of our providers, including our cloud hosting, may store or process data outside Kuwait. When this happens, we use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information in line with this policy and applicable Kuwaiti regulations.

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, then delete or anonymise it.

Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for the period required for accounting and legal purposes. Project information is kept for the length of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), our data is hosted on established cloud infrastructure, and access is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

No online system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if we become aware of a problem.

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent or ask us to stop follow-up emails.

We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by Kuwait’s Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) and other applicable laws.

We use a cookie to remember your language preference. It is needed for the site to work as expected and is not used to track you.

When you arrive through a campaign link (for example a partner’s email), a cookie remembers that campaign for 30 days so we know which partner referred a booking. It holds only the campaign name, not who you are, and is never shared.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
